Stolze develops, designs and builds its own water units for water treatment, irrigation and fertigation in horticulture in-house. For each system a custom unit is assembled. This involves water units that disinfect the input water, irrigation units, automatic fertigation units and, for example, disinfection units for return flows of drain water.

All water treatment units are tailored to the needs of the crop, the size of the greenhouse farm and the requirements of the grower. The specifications determine whether a standard unit for water treatment, irrigation and fertigation or a custom-made unit is the best fit.
A reverse osmosis system removes solid particles from the water, such as salts, lime, viruses and bacteria. In our reverse osmosis system, water flows under pressure, parallel to the membrane surface, with some of the water passing through the membrane.
The Priva Vialux M-Line is an affordable water disinfection solution with UV light, for treating both large and small quantities of water. The Priva Vialux M-Line is easy to maintain and we can easily adapt the modular system.
The Priva Vialux HD-UV has been specially developed for the pre and post treatment of rainwater, surface water and drain water. It destroys all organisms, such as fungi, bacteria and viruses. This way you save on water, fertilizers and energy.
The Priva Vialux E-Line can be used for the treatment of discharge water. For Dutch growers: the Vialux E-Line is a BZG-approved purification system, which means your horticulture business complies with water purification requirements.
We also offer irrigation units and mixing tank units as customized solutions for irrigation systems, ebb and flow systems, drip systems, watering booms, roof sprinkler systems and disinfection systems.
The Priva Moisture Balance Module is an optimal solution for starting irrigation when growing on substrate. The degree of irrigation is determined fully automatically based on three important factors: the amount of water that evaporates, the water consumption of the plant and the water content of the substrate.
With the Priva Root Optimizer, watering is automatically optimized according to the conditions, the state of the crop and the type of substrate. All this entirely based on the needs of the plant.
Dosing fertilizers correctly is time-consuming and requires accuracy to create a consistent recipe for your crop. An automatic tank filler takes this work off your hands and ensures accurate dosing every time.
